Scott Mullins leads go-to-market for OpenAI’s Financial Services segment, helping financial institutions apply AI to their most important business and operational challenges. Before joining OpenAI, he was Managing Director and General Manager of Worldwide Financial Services at AWS, where he led global strategy and worked with institutions and regulators to modernize critical systems. His more than 20-year career also includes leadership roles at Nasdaq, JPMorgan Chase, Merrill Lynch, and Penson Worldwide, spanning equity trading, regulatory compliance, product strategy, and financial technology.

Dominic Grillo is the Head of Technical Success at OpenAI, where he leads a global team of customer-facing engineers and success managers helping organizations successfully deploy and scale AI solutions. Prior to joining OpenAI in 2023, Dominic held leadership roles at Retool, Stripe, and Box, where he focused on building high-impact technical teams that partner closely with customers to implement complex technology at scale.

Rowena Westphalen is the Applied AI Architecture ANZ Lead at OpenAI, where she leads the technical success team across the region. Previously, she was most recently the Senior Vice President of Innovation, AI & Customer Advisory at Salesforce, after serving as VP of Solution Engineering and VP of Innovation for APAC. Throughout her career, Rowena has helped organizations leverage emerging technology to solve their most critical business challenges.

Satya is the Head of Go-To-Market for Australia & New Zealand at OpenAI, where she partners with organisations of all sizes - from startups to large enterprises - to drive AI adoption at scale and deliver measurable business impact. OpenAI's mission is to ensure that artificial general intelligence benefits all of humanity.

Prior to OpenAI, Satya spent nine years at Stripe building and scaling high growth businesses across APAC, including building out the APAC SaaS Platforms business and expanding Stripe’s presence across Southeast Asia and Hong Kong.

Earlier in her career, she was Dropbox’s first hire in APAC, co-founded an online travel company, and began her career as an equity analyst.
